    Pros

I love the atmosphere. The "team" aspect. Plus I really love the product so it's fun to work for a company you love.

    Cons

Not enough hours. More positive feed back from ALL the leaders

    Advice to Management

To build confidence, leaders should show more positive feedback along with the negative

    Pros

    - The discount is amazing at 40% - Fun co-workers, everyone is outgoing for the most part - Upbeat environment - Provided staff uniform for work - External events and opportunities - Notable people come in all the time to make connections

    Cons

They expect for you to give top notch service, which is fine. The issue is we rely almost solely on technology and when technology doesn't work, our business doesn't work and then customers get mad at you and then it just sucks. There are some really awesome leaders who care about you growing and are there to help shape you to become a better worker but some are just there to boss you around. But I suppose that is with any job.

    Pros

The managers treat the employees very well, super flexible with everyone's school schedules, good perks with Nike gear.

    Cons

The good perks I started with weren't all still there by the time I left after a year and 8 months.

    Pros

Very easy summer sales associate retail job. Management was super pleasant and always respectful which made for a nice team environment. 30% discount. Two 15 minute breaks, one hour lunch.

    Cons

Hours seemed to crawl. Couldn't get more than 30 hours a week. High turnover. Uniform is considered taxable income.

    Advice to Management

Seasonal employment shouldn't mean low hiring standards. It was evident management relied on several strong employees to really make things go and it is hard for team morale seeing seasonal coworkers removed in handcuffs for stealing. Clearly, this action is justified, but I can't help but think a better hiring process might prevent the liability in the first place.

    Pros

    Great Company, Great advancement Opportunity

    Cons

Retail is tough anywhere you go. Nike product becomes addicting and your paycheck goes back to them.

    Advice to Management

Consistency is key. You set the tone for the Athletes success.

  10. Met a lot of great people, fun atmosphere to work in, but it did get a little school like towards the end for me.

    Pros

Free clothes and shoes, and there was always an event happening.

    Cons

Not much of a work life balance, raises were crap, shady competivness.

    Advice to Management

It's best to promote from within. There are a lot who are qualified, quit passing over talent.
