    Pros

Jobs are full time, so benefits are available.

    Cons

Not a good work life balance or consideration, closing loans is the only thing that matters.

    Pros

Some of the best people I have ever worked with & top producing teams! Great products and services offered to potential home buyers with In House Credit Services which is great.

    Cons

Salaries aren't the best. Lack of support from management in Phoenix - they have lost some good people simply due to that reason alone.

    Advice to Management

There is no 'I" in TEAM!

    Pros

From my experience, Nova Home Loans is the best place to work as a mortgage loan officer in Tucson. They seem to be the most "professional" overall, offer their employees the best training and support, they have the nicest offices / working environments, offer the best benefits packages... Overall, they just really want to see their employees succeed.

    Cons

It's really hard to pinpoint any specific cons about working here. From a loan officer standpoint, maybe the commission / pay structure? ... But then again, "you get what you pay for", so...

    Advice to Management

Hmmm... I think management knows what they are doing.

    Advice to Management

re-evaluate your lay off decision making based on experience & today's work not on a previous time frame that was extremly slow for everyone.
