I have been working at NOVO Construction
Pros – If you're fitted with the right Senior Project Manager, the opportunities and experiences are great. They have a good understand and appreciation for work/life balance.
Cons – There is a tendency for upper management to be territorial and "vague" when it comes to sharing project information. Competition is good but can be at times divisive.
Advice to Senior Management – Important to establish a standard for middle management. Sometimes it's glaringly obvious who's in and who isn't.
