    Pros

Work life balance is usually good.
Casual dress code as of 2013.

    Cons

NPD Corporate has really no idea what this division does or how it functions because it's data source is different than every other division in the company.

    Pros

friendly coworkers, benefits and work/life balance

    Cons

there is no job security, upper management is quick to lay off individuals who've been with the company a long time without reason. it has become a den of snakes

    Pros

Company is growing the business is some really great ways. Lots of really good and talented people,

    Cons

Currently there is too much work for the number of staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you aren't at Headquarters (Port Washington) you miss a lot of the nuances of what and why things change. As you bring in new people, be sure to use the value of those who have been around.

    Pros

Easy commute if you live on Long Island. Local area is pleasant though somewhat dull. Office itself set up with a lot of artwork which is cool if that is your thing.

    Cons

Watch your back at all times; if you are not part of the established elite then don't expect advancement. Very quick to cut resources when they change direction. Expect zero loyalty towards you. No recognition of the talent they have

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Break out of your private jet and realize the efforts of others
