Pros – The pro is that I worked with a good team and had understood each other.

Cons – The con is that there was lots of negetivety

Pros – Opportunity to do challenging work involving both hardware and software

Cons – Management by intimidation and verbal abuse
Lots of turnover

Pros – You gain great experience on different things like electromechanical, electrical, electronic, computer, firmware and hi-speed image cameras and printers but never become a master of any. Jack of all trades kind of position.

Cons – Negative Mananagement with favoritism towards certain employees.
Still has a strong "Good Ole Boy Network" that dominates the company culture.
No respect no matter how hard you work to improve and solve problems.
If you're not with the "in crowd" with the company you will always be treated like a rookie no matter how long you've been working there.
Software always has issues so you're left out to dry in the field not knowing how to solve problems and sometimes supervisors and management wont be available by phone to assist you.

Advice to Senior Management – I cant offer any advice to management. Im surprise this company is still existing with all the flaws it has.
