I have been working at NRG full-time

    Pros

There are hardly any good things about NRG Well Stimulation in Tomball, TX. The only good thing is when and if you make it to your assigned days off!

    Cons

This company does its best to have the "what they call" management try to intimidate, threaten, and belittle all shop employees! I have never worked at a company that treats its employees so bad on a daily basis.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees like the good people they are, not like prison inmates!!!!! Horrible place to work!!!!

I have been working at NRG

    Pros

Will get good experience in any position because you are assigned a lot of different roles for one position. Really small company

    Cons

Not paid enough due to start up company. No room for growth. Management may listen to you sometimes. Needs good people at senior level management.

I worked at NRG full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Well i was lucky enough to run scotland for the Indirect Operations of NRG, we had a fantastic team who looked after each other, we fed from one and other and most of all we hit our targets and i also had some fantastic dealers in Scotland

    Cons

the only con would have been lack of tech support in the scottish region and the fact our board in Japan were working from figures and not really getting a foothold on the economic downturn that Britain was heading into at that time!!!

    I worked at NRG

    Pros

recognised company, good products, freedom to do job. if you're in the right job and team, the morale can be good.

    Cons

bad work/life balance, average career opportunities, pay not enough for hours and effort put in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

look after dedicated knowledgeable staff or they'll leave. How can you spend millions on 'improving the system' and in the meantime keep your customers and staff in the dark
