    terrible company

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

    Prosfree parking, free coffee, ttc

ConsThere is to many, here is few: poor visions, nepotism is evidence, CEO/Owner hire his own family even tho incompetence, same person promotes wrong people into management/director role especially IT manager and CSC director they are buffoons who are very unprofessional and unknowledgable. Only the buffoons who are big talkers and big liers are the ones who gets promotions. Low pay, minimum vacations, only 2 sic days, minimum benefits

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat employees better so that the good one doesn't leave. Try to see through the fake people who gets promotions into manager and director. Give better compensations. Let employees advance in opportunities.
