Cons – Not a CON for me... but for those not use to a start up company or prefer to sit back and take it easy.... NUTANIX IS A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT - COME PREPARED TO WORK AND PLAY HARD!!!!

Was a CON... Marketing had some initial turnover 6+ months ago ... NO LONGER A CON - a great TEAM has been build and continues to grow and is making a significant impact and finally catching up the sales & engineering engine... we're now running on all cylinders

Pros – Interesting technology, sales team is very strong and keeps the company going, weekly company meeting. Management works hard to build a strong camaraderie among employees.

Cons – Lots of changes, CTO pushed out unexpectedly, marketing seems messy and has a high turnover.

Pros – Good open style management, great diversified culture, fast paced, fun - good work life balance for such a fast paced company.

Cons – None that are glaringly deficient

Pros – GREAT leadership, amazing product, friendly, tight-knit atmosphere. Everyone is smart, at the top of their game, and fun to be around. Working at a startup is exciting, fun, and flexible, and this is no exception.

Cons – Catered lunch is only three days a week right now, used to be five, hopefully it will come back again.

Pros – game changing tech, being an evangelist for technology again is an amazingly cool thing

Cons – not really a con, but you will run harder than you've ever had in your career - fun but non-stop - again, not really a bad thing - just not a place for folks who like to punch a clock

Advice to Senior Management – keep the same focus/culture in house - engineering a strong product, constantly improving, and bringing on more and more top talent

Pros – A fantastic team of bright, eager co-workers that all pitch in to help. Great office environment, and good efforts made to make the field teem feel well connected to HQ. The technology is top-notch as well. Upper management team is engaging and direct.

Cons – Typical startup growing pains that always come with rapid expansion. Not a place to work if you want a quiet, predictable 9-5 desk job.

Pros – Everyone is uber smart, the company tried really hard to take care of it's employees, the product is amazing and it's really exciting to work at a small company that will very likely have a huge impact on technology. There's also lot's of mobility and almost every employee ends up in the job they are best and love, even if that's not what they were originally hired for.

Cons – It's in San Jose, not the greatest location, but at least it's close to freeways and plenty of people to commute with.
