    Pros

There are interesting and challenging tasks, and most of the time is working with brilliant coworkers, it's a quite good place if you plan to polish you tech capabilities further.

    Cons

Sometimes the workload is a little high for an individual engineer, and for one to ramp up, most of the time you have to learn by yourself, so it's all depends on your ability to learn.

    Pros

Valuable experience in GPU computing and architecture
Great people to work with and a supporting and flexible environment
    Interesting projects

    Cons

The company is more modest in the benefits and working conditions than tech giants like Facebook or Google.

    Advice to Management

Invest in preparing technical quickstart manuals for new interns/employees in their respective fields of work, and create forums for cross-company knowledge sharing.

    Pros

Great company with above par industry compensation and benefits.
PTO and work from home (remotely anywhere from world) option at your disposal.
Great minds to work with where brainstorming doesn't really require a conf room, it can start right at your desk.
Perfect work life balance where we don't meet the deadlines, but we rather beat it by miles.
Really friendly co-workers and bosses (except a few exceptions) and can walk up to them and start discussing your issues.
Great stock options, ESPP plans and RSUs for long term benefits.
Flexible HR policies and employee benefits team at Nvidia.
Pretty decently stocked pantry with coffee and variety tea options.
Free meals 4 times a day. (Room for improvement in quality though).
Free to and fro transport to the facility.
A place where you can spend the rest of your professional career.

    Cons

Company direction not peculated to individuals at times, which means corporate communication is less effective.
Limited/nil technology training opportunities within the company.
    Limited/nil onsite/travel opportunities.
Limited GRID related SW dev happening outside Americas.
Too much time taken for hiring and decision making.
Too much time taken for budget approvals. (May be its different in other sites)

    Advice to Management

Even though we have a ROCK STAR CEO, some of the management folks really limp. Some of the senior manager/directors fail to comprehend the technicalities and try to ignore effective contribution. Hence its high time we revolutionize the policy makers.

    Pros

Flexibility from within the business side of things allowed me to still do some engineering for demos, and work with people throughout the company. It's possible to work with some incredibly impressive people from all backgrounds within engineering, academia, and Silicon Valley.

    Cons

Projects and demos get cancelled, postponed, and reborn. All of this occurs at the "Speed of Light", which can be jarring internally, or disrupt external partners.

    Advice to Management

A Kalman filter would help maintain a rolling weighted average on lots of decisions, especially with regard to demos, product launches, and product planning. Jensen is brilliant, but also temperamental. If you can work with him, you can work with anyone. It might be nice to get back in the OEM game.
