Pros
Learn useful tech as software engineer.
Flexible working time.
Good environment.
Nice manager
Cons
Compared to the new wave of web company in China(Baidu, Sina, Tencent...), salary are not so competitive. And in most time, Chinese are doing same jobs as the colleague in US and Euro, but earned only about 1/3 salaries.
Pros
very good flow to support our work, show its leadership, all employee feel like home, have opportunity to take class in standford.
Cons
workload is high, sometimes you must work 7x12 hour to meet schedule
the flow is too complete to let a junior engineer to do some fundamental work.
Advice to Senior Management
Jen-Hsun lead a very good way to mobile market, it's a very good opportunity for NVIDIA. We can make it.
Pros
I love this company. This is the reason why I want to be part of the team.
Cons
It is free. You can work without constraints.
Advice to Senior Management
study around
Pros
good chance to learn from industry, smart people here, great working place. Ok, that all I am going to say.
Cons
don't have global R&D here. only testing. Working place is in Pudong, takes time to go to company from city.
Advice to Senior Management
Already a very good company to work in. No more advice, no more advice. Really no more, no more. no...
Pros
1. Suitable position of my previous experience
2. Good starting salary in industry
3. Wonderful product
4. Very good environment to work, both hardware and people attitudes
Cons
1. Benefits are not competetive in China
2. No example of career path change between different kinds of jobs(from tech to marketing/sales or reversed). Maybe due to China division is young.
3. Don't have chance to enjoy the newest product of our own company! No way to play game with our best graphic card:(
Advice to Senior Management
1. Consider more about competitive salary package
2. Share more info to employee about our situation, our strategic plan to fight with intel/amd or other potential rivals, if that doesn't harm our business.
3. Provide newest products (graphic card, handheld such as APX2500) to each division, let all of us to experience our product.
