    Great job to gain experience

Bank Examiner (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsYou have the ability to grow professionally. There is a good learning curve and if you want to learn about the industry you can. Just don't expect anyone to teach you much. You have to do the learning yourself. Also, if you like to travel there are some great opportunities. The level of interaction with the induatry is at the highest levels and you will find yourself in a conference room with senior management discussing issues, unlike others with your similar experience who will be crunching numbers in some office. Also for those who want to coast along in their career, you can do so, assuming you get in and pass the probation period.

Conslow salary compared to the industry, however, what do you expect? it is a government job.

Advice to Senior Managementgive more formal training to the employees

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
