Pros – The staff is young, friendly and for the most part more intelligent than management
Cons – Poor management skills
Communication is inexistent
Top management has zero experience and tries to con clients any way possible
Managers advise staff to mark up charges without letting clients know
Very deceptive company with abnormally high turnover
Advice to Senior Management – Get real people who know what they are doing to run your company
Stop stealing from your clients and conning them with your "fine print" contracts. If you were upfront with your clients, the client service representatives wouldn't be treated so poorly. Not our fault.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Free unlimited coffee and tea and its close to public transportation.
Cons – lack of appreciation and praise from Management
