    I have been working at NYC Office Suites full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    -Easygoing and Lenient work environment
    -Flexible Scheduling
    -Opportunity to meet clients in a variety of fields

    Cons

    -Little accountability
    -Management is unwilling to spend money
    -Inconsistent enforcement of client policy

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Offer full time employees PTO for holidays when they do not have the opportunity to work. Offer salaries instead of hourly wages. Implement consistent policy.

    Hours were flexible. Can be fun depending on your coworkers and clients

    Some clients weren't very nice
    Can be boring depending on floor and client needs

    I worked at NYC Office Suites

    Pros

    The staff is young, friendly and for the most part more intelligent than management

    Cons

    Poor management skills
    Communication is inexistent
    Top management has zero experience and tries to con clients any way possible
    Managers advise staff to mark up charges without letting clients know
    Very deceptive company with abnormally high turnover

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get real people who know what they are doing to run your company
    Stop stealing from your clients and conning them with your "fine print" contracts. If you were upfront with your clients, the client service representatives wouldn't be treated so poorly. Not our fault.
