Excellent pension and health benefits. Flexible work schedules. Plenty of vacation time.

    Cons

Lacks advancement because of political appointments.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It can work and make money for the industry and the state of New York if the Senate and the Assembly stop playing politics and allow it to flourish.

    Pros

The pros of my job were the people. I looked forward to going to work because we were a sort of family. Most peple knew each other by name or nickname.my customers meant a great deal to me. The pay and benefits were good.

    Cons

The cons of my job were the hours .Not a lot of room for advancement.having to work on Sundays.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In hindsight the company should've rethought making deals to televise so many track,.trimming the staff.Instead of renting the properties, they should've bought the real estate. That way if the branch didn't make money they could've rented the property out.
