    Pros

    - Open door policy is a great way to meet and communicate with high-level managers - Instructor Led Training opportunities - Team rewards when working hard

    Cons

    - We don't receive much supervisor/manager feedback - High levels of harassment from coworkers - Some supervisors are ill placed - Not enough training on subject matter

    Advice to Management

Ask for colleagues when promoting people, it feels like the wrong people are placed into supervisor positions

    Pros

Some real people that care on some levels. Decent location, Lots of sick days paid for.

    Cons

There is not enough space to write the amount of cons, but the good news is that its all about over. The CIO and his ego has caught up with him.

    Advice to Management

The Board needs to say enough and fire all the C level folks and start over.

    Pros

Great place to work. Oilfield has slowed down a lot but they let you work even when there is no work. Only 40 hrs guaranteed but they are doing there best.

    Cons

None really seems like a loyal company going through a slow period

    Advice to Management

Just keep doing what you are doing. I know a lot of guys are not happy about hours but if business is slow business is slow.

The stability that the company gives you, the opportunity to be involved with the company procedures and politics.

    Cons

If you don't belong to a VIP group you have not the chance to go beyond into your capabilities.

    Advice to Management

I consider that is important all the managers don't let them persuade by others in terms to take decisions.

    Pros

    Paycheck showed up in bank.

    Cons

Current CEO Petrello is the equivalent of Sepp Blatter of FIFA in that he uses the company as a personal cash machine at the expense of shareholders. Treasury group is abusive. Do not go.

    Advice to Management

Active shareholders need to overhaul the company. If you believe in hell, Gene Isenberg is definitely burning there.
