Former Employee - Maintenance Manager in Houston, TX

I worked at Nailor Industries full-time for less than a year

    Pros

For a maintenance person plenty of repair experience to be had since real preventative maintenance can not be done with the extra small crew and no communication.

    Cons

Plant leadership has no foresight as far as machinery. Treats all machines and most skilled labor like a rental car, run it hard till it dies or quits. No real planning happens here. Work area is disgusting. Also the electrical system is a fire hazard.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take classes on leadership and maintenance. Enforce some clean up.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
