International group of colleagues. Amazing projects.

Inexperienced managers who were placed in high positions because they were local. Projects poorly executed.

Hire stronger candidates.

3. Once the employer of choice

1. Aggreesive downsizing
2. New unskilled senior management
3. Company has dropped the ball and lost good talent
4. Current management blame old staff for the regions economic situation and grandiose developments. Seriously!
5. Chairman prone to shout aggressively at senior management and fire on the spot! (then re-hire the next day when realises that person was the only one who could do the job... true story & didn't happen to me!)

Advice to Senior Management

Its too late...
New regime is very militant and too worried about fraudulent behaviour than actually developing something and turning a profit.
Give back the reigns to the CEO.
