    Pros

Talented people, pay was pretty good. variety of properties to work on, Mostly, immediate supervisery management competent and looked out for their team.

    Cons

Sometimes unclear direction. a lot of work scraped, at times, after management would change direction for conciderations outside of the artists or programmers concerns?

    Advice to Management

Let the people who make the games and play the games, make the game? Real people lose their jobs when your uncertain.

  2. It's a good place to get resume experience. If you are in a "holding pattern" stage of your life...it's very suitable.

    Pros

The job is simple. If you manage to make it as a manager here, you will be worth way more when you leave.

    Cons

Forget about being paid much, or going anywhere within the company. You are a Cog...get used to it.

    Advice to Management

A clear advancement path would be a good thing, rather than continually hiring in for the upper positions from the outside. Also better pay will keep quality employees. I was a store manager, and my salary DOUBLED when I left Namco. And it wasn't a fluke...most of the management positions you find pay almost twice as much as you do.
