Pros – i always believe that there is nothing important than career in my life so i feel like i g=can grow here easily..as nandos is new in india yet

Cons – its alway good to be with a big organisation which gives u chances one after another to prove yourself

Cons – No social life - very very tough routine

Pros – Great employer with long term opportunities for growth within the business. I was very happy with my employment and the team were vey much like a family.

Cons – Lack of training and very busy atmosphere meant that new trainees had a diluted version of quality customer service.

Advice to Senior Management – Investing in current employees through time and education is way to avoid a high turnover of staff and ensure commitment.

Pros – - Tries to follow its 5 core values: Passion, Pride, Courage, Integrity, and Family
- Staff are treated like family
- Flexible with time
- Company and management organise a lot of events, staff day or nights out

Cons – - Can get quite stressful environment during busy hours/days

Cons – hard work, unsociable hours, dealing with rude customers, cleaning toilets!!

Pros – Great atmosphere. Youthful brand energy. Great food! Innovative marketing. Casual work environment. Collaboration. Interaction with the franchisees encouraged to make more meaningful strategic decisions.

Cons – Many (often unexplained) management changes - big and small. Communications chain is often broken or confusing. Lack of consequences / accountability. High investment in powerful technology systems which are not used as much as they could be

Pros – Easy to get in and develop.
Friendly staff.
Food provided.

Cons – Split shifts (Some day you have to work 3 hours, on an other one 14 and sometimes you MUST have an unpaid rest for 1-3 hours)

Low salary.

Only 1 bank holiday 25 of Dec.
