    Do not recommend

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat people who truly care about quality work and doing things the right way

ConsSr. Management does not appear to care about people at all. They complicate everything possible and act like the employees are disposable. When we try and give our opinion, they yell and scream at us for opening our mouths and having an opinion on our job.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat others how you would actually like to be treated.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

The past year since Naphcare took over our contract has only been a barrage of disappointment.

    Allied Healthcare (Current Employee)

    ProsSalary per hour stayed good

ConsCut positions without notice, no partial benefits for part timers, no support for employees that stayed, no recourse for employees

Advice to Senior ManagementWhile healthcare is a business, it's not one that can or should be run like a factory. It's necessary to have experienced people already in place for when needed. They should not be expected to go home without pay because not enough patients were sick this week, or the equipment went down. If you want people to be loyal to your company, they need to be shown some loyalty and respect for their livelihood in return.

    Too bureaucratic

    Mental Health Clinician (Current Employee)

ProsYou don't have to deal with insurance companies. Electronic records.

ConsManagement makes up for being in another state by micromanaging from afar - requiring vacations to be requested 6 months in advance, asking your supervisor why you're a few minutes over on your timeclock, even though they're not going to pay you for the overtime. Inflexible about letting people cover other people's shifts.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more flexible.
