Details
Pros
Typical 9-6. A good place to work if work life balance is important or if raising children. Be prepared to do EVERYTHING by yourself.
Cons
Organizational structure is a joke. High turnover and lack of employee morale which in my opinion go hand in hand.
Advice to Senior Management
Min J. Kim was removed from her CEO position. The current CEO is Alvin Kang. He is doing a servicable job currently.
