Pros

Competitive pay with good vacation policies. Excellent flexibility for working hours. Good people working within the company. Good opportunity to learn a lot about the industry, can be a good place to start to learn about ITSM. Very good team spirit within the groups that exist, good work/life balance. Very equal treatment of people within the organization.

Cons

Poor communication within the organization. Not a lot of room for upward movement within the organization. Not a lot of opportunities for training. Can be difficult to get things done at times because of large amount or bureaucracy even though small organization. Not a lot of positive feedback from managers.

Advice to Senior Management

Improve communication between groups.

Historically good salaries, nice people to work with.

Cons

Senior management lacks experience and leadership. Communication is not a priority. Organization lacks maturity to handle growth and change.

Advice to Senior Management

Retire. Allow qualified business people to operate and manage the organization.
