I have been working at Nassau Broadcasting

    Pros

It was great while it lasted! Challenging, fun and great coworkers with lots of laughs shared over the years.

    Cons

New management, "restructuring" and the eventual 'divesting' of the company radio stations led to dissolution of the company.

I have been working at Nassau Broadcasting full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

relaxed environment, talented staff, new ideas encouraged, cross training on most jobs provides comprehensive coverage, excellent entry level opportunities

    Cons

pay scale - low (typical for radio), benefits - expensive and not comprehensive, wear many hats (can be a "pro" - learn lots of responsibilities), no real growth opportunities

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO
