    Pros

    Place to learn any area of science and engineering. Very good for freshers to gain entry level experience

    Cons

    Less salary for temporary employees. Very less opportunities for becoming a permanent employee. Every decision depends on the rules of govt., hence very slow process.

    Pros

    To perform analysis on adaptive antenna system.
    To be aware with the stealth technology in defense field.
    To perform analysis of the effect of electromagnetic field in different materials like meta-materials and dielectric.

    Cons

    To keep patience for getting perfect output.
    NAL company is very good for researchers beginners.

    Pros

    Extremely knowledgeable and experienced Project Guide , but no kind of training given initially.
    Subordinate staff to Team leader were very dumb sometimes and tried to steal credit. Some others were very smart too and chose to help temporary people.

    Cons

    No internet to research!!! Need more freedom & resources to research other than older books!
    Its an ever changing world by the minute and sometimes book are very stagnant!

    Extremely unhealthy kitchen. Fell sick horribly once....check plates and eat only hot stuff!

    Please divide responsibility and rule so that everyone can contribute well.

    I worked at National Aerospace Laboratories as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    Relaxed environment, research oriented workplace, freedom to choose projects, beautiful campus. All these combine to make national aeronautics laboratory a very nice place to work and intern in. The nice library is also an added positive.

    Cons

    The work atmosphere is not very competitive. Being a public sector enterprise, this can be expected. There is a dearth of commercial oriented research. But the pros definitely outweigh the cons.
