Current Employee – been working at National Aerospace Laboratories as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – Resume gets a tag of Government aerospace R&D, exposure to aerospace R&D organization
Cons – Highly diluted environment, research is just for name sake, pace of work over here is very slow, no credit is given for your work, and you may feel disrespected all the time
Advice to Senior Management – Management over here is highly inefficient. Staff which they hire are good for nothing. They should hire some qualified staff and for that they should pay some competitive compensation. Also promotion should be based on performance not seniority
