    Pros

    Good benefits, supportive work environment, opportunity to learn and grow, very thorough job performance reviews

    Cons

    Boring and dry, "The Office" style forced interaction

    Advice to Senior Management

    Be supportive of your employees. Set a good example with a positive attitude. It's got to be a tough environment over there with the current real estate market.
