    Pros

Very good work-life balance. Steady job. Satisfying salary taking into account the tasks one is assigned and the remuneration of lower staff in other Greek banks.

    Cons

Lack of meritocracy, no luck in getting employed after an internship due to company's policy. Tasks and work load not fairly allocated among employees.

    Advice to Management

The bank would be working much better if it were staffed with deserving employees. More meritocracy and career opportunities for the best people.

    Pros

Stable working environment, company culture tolerates normal working hours (8 hour work), very nice health plan.

    Cons

Constantly minimizing various benefits during the last years (2010-2014), strong bureaucratic structure, not merit-based promotions.

    Advice to Management

Ask inferiors what they really want to do and reassign them to such positions. "Shuffle the deck" and you will see wonders.

  6. Very nice environment, but a lot of work, mostly in Business Loans Departments

    Pros

There are several pros for this employer such as the friendly environment, the stability and the insurance. Moreover payments are always on time.

    Cons

People with skills need to wait until the supervisor resigns or gets upgraded until they upgrade. Something like military philosophy

    Advice to Management

Branches need to become more modern.
