I worked at National Coney Island
Pros – It's a pretty laid back place, and can be fun when working with the right people. Also, the discount on food is nice.
Cons – Night shifts (4pm to 9pm) were terribly slow, and the average tip is $2-3. Older waitresses are very catty and disrespectful when providing advice or tips.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't take your job so seriously, it's Coney Island. Also, they could try and be a bit more flexible with sick days and such.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

I worked at National Coney Island
Pros – Free food
Will usually get a decent amount of hours if you ask for them
Nice atmosphere
The people there are fun to work with
Cons – No opportunity for advancement
Outdated ticketing system
The pay is low compared to similar jobs
Not much respect for staff
Advice to Senior Management – Have management spend more time training employees. This would help to reduce turnover. Every other day someone was getting replaced.
