“One of the most amazing companies you could ever work for”

Pros

Recognition for the work you do is always present and an insanely huge focus on sociability and wellbeing is active within the business.
The workplace is relatively relaxed - both in the fact you can wear pretty casual clothing and that there is no huge pressure of people looking over your shoulder. They trust you'll get the job done.

Cons

They tend to merge with companies quite often - whilst your job is stable at National Foods, it's constantly changing and sad to see others going from the merging companies.
