I worked at National Guard Youth ChalleNGe

    Pros

You get to help your people become better people, your decently compensated for it and there is a lot of time off, There is not too much physical demand, and you get meals while you are on shift.

    Cons

Micro managing by upper level management, training is rarely geared toward the needs of the staff, violation of vague rules are dealt with harshly and untimely.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Help the people that help the cadets, the Team Leaders. Value those who genuinely seek the success of the cadets and not those who simply show up and follow orders.
