Pros – Inside sales position that has a meaningful purpose. Lots of learning opportunities if you take advantage of resources and take an interest. These are useful in continuing to pursue admissions as a career.

Cons – Management vision and reality of the market. Bad marketing strategies and unrealistic goal setting added to questionable untrained micro-managers lacking professionalism and the ability to properly train, support and inspire a productive team.

Advice to Senior Management – Suggestions were given that went unheard. Check out your turnover and the unfilled expectations and make different decisions.

Pros – The only thing good about this company is they were hiring when no one else was.

Cons – Poor company to work for. lied to about money. not treated fairly. feel like im in an indian sweatshop
