    The ladies at the front desk are friendly, knowledgeable and would do the agency a disservice by leaving. Some really great therapist running the groups who are overworked and underpaid.


    Employees are overworked, undervalued, underpaid, in my personal opinion. It doesn't mean the owners aren't good people they just don't seem to have a good head for business.

    Advice to Management

    Management should value and respect the quality they have in their doors and realize it takes spending money to make money. When you have larges amounts of turnover, firings, etc. it doesn't help build a business.
