Pros
Leadership in test and measurement area, quite
Cons
Could be much better in project management and people management.
Pros
We have a very good relationship between the colleagues. We do not have much pressure in working with each other.
Cons
Career path is not clear. We don't see much oppatunity for employees to grow. The projects are not challenge and we cannot learn much from the work.
Advice to Senior Management
Should have more flexible and fair management to employees. Give awards to best performers instead of treat all employees in average. Give employees more opportunity to develop personal ability.
Pros
Not so busy, don't have to be OT usually.
Kind , friendly and smart people, share experience between engineers.
Environments in side the company is good.
Cons
Less bonus compared with many similar level companies in IT
Company site in shanghai is too far away from the city center, traffic is terrible.
Advice to Senior Management
Treat each branch equally, not so localized for oversea branches
Pros
Great company culture, great place to learn as your first job out of college. Never had to work a day of overtime in my time with the company. Co-workers are friendly and professional.
Cons
Management treats everyone's worth as equal and does not value important talent. As a result the pay is relatively poor compared the other companies. A pay cut was instated globally even though in certain economies (China for example) the financial situation was not as dire.
Advice to Senior Management
Give employees more money! That's really what most people care about. If management don't pay what talented employees are worth, they will quickly lose lots of talented workers, as they are right now.
Pros
First, the company gives enough respect to the employees. You can tell your opinion to your manager and tech leader. And they also give enough attention to your advice.
Second, you have enough time to finish your work. Normally you don't need to take over time to finish your work. So you can balance your work and life.
Cons
The management and the development procedure is not good enough. The procedure can be different from one project to another. So the quality of a product can not be guaranteed by the development procedure. It depends on the team members and the time spent to finish the project.
Advice to Senior Management
Think about to improve the development procedure.
