I worked at National Insurance Inspections Services full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

If you have no other options, I guess you could consider it. The work is demanding, the pay is small, the hassle is continuous.

    Cons

Constant demands for production regardless of the obstacles you face. A mass of procedures and policies. Constant interference by supervisors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Advice wouldn't be heeded.

    Pros

You get to work inside out of the summer heat and the winter cold.

    Cons

There is an incredible bureaucracy, constant harassment for more production, harassment over errors, a difficult job with low pay, very little chance for advancement unless you are part of the inner circle.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The management doesn't take advice. They are very self-assured.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
