    Pros

Really great people, all of whom seem to want to be there. Everyone managed to be focused on their own goals while still maintaining a very social atmosphere.

    Cons

When it was boring it was REALLY boring. There were times when it was quiet enough to hear my digestive system working.

  2. Too many bosses not enough workers...

    Pros

I got my warning about this place my first day at work from at least 5-6 staff members.

    Cons

Everyone is a boss and just delegates their work to interns or their contract employees. Most of the office spends their days on netflix or shopping. Upper management speaks very poorly to their staff. Majority of the staff walks around on egg shells.

  3. The MS Society is poorly mismanged and micromanaged at every level of every job.

    Pros

    The offices are very nice.

    Cons

In recent years there have been massive cuts in employees, benefits, pension plan. People work on edge. Rather than spend money to make money, more employees are being let go and current employees are asked to do double the work at a lesser salary. Working here includes MANY nights and WEEKENDS.

    Advice to Management

Be a real collaborative team, and interact much more with all staff. There is a tremendous lack of respect for mid and lower level staff. Additionally, the senior gossip mill is transparent and unappreciated..
