Pros – to gain more experience in power plant operation and serve the pilipino people

Cons – today our conpany needs rehabilitation and upding to compete with private power company with regard to it modern technology

Advice to Senior Management – we dont need private conpany to governed our power industry since we will have high cost electricy and hindrance in prosperity of our nation

Pros – Good paying scheme to sustain a harmonious living.

Cons – When it started to be privatized. Different scheme of work system were applied and NO security of tenure for the future being seen.

Advice to Senior Management – Restore the old but very effective scheme of management of NAPOCOR. But NOT to be exploited by politicians who are also the big businessmen in the country.
