Pros

A compelling mission, great co-workers & association membership. Moving an industry forward is something we try to do each and every day and love it. The members are wonderful people that care deeply about our industry and us and we enjoy working with and for them. Precast concrete is a environmentally sound durable product and supporting its growth makes for a very rewarding job.

Cons

Ultra micromanagement by top managers, constantly changing priorities, intentionally created chaos to keep us off balance. Gets old. Top managment looks down on staff, think only they have an IQ over 100, and are inseparable. The term "thrown under the bus" comes to mind often while working here.

Advice to Senior Management

Quit - You are what is holding back the success and growth of NPCA. We could be so much more, do so much more with more secure and stable leadership team. Please move on so we can finally flourish.
