    Pros

Not located in down town Pittsburgh, located close to many restaurants, free parking, nice place to walk at lunch

    Cons

no room for growth, no communication, no development opportunities, no raises for two years

    Advice to Management

Need better communication and direction, need vision and focus as a company, find a way to reward and motivate your employees

    Pros

National Real Estate enabled an individual to balance their work schedule with their personal schedule. It was a laid back environment. They trained you how to do your job. Plenty of free parking. The cafeteria food was very good. It is business casual throughout the week and then casual on Friday. It is a younger environment to work in.

    Cons

The money was awful. The opportunity for advancement was non-existent. Trying to get out of the parking lot when it is time to leave was time consuming. The skill level of senior accountants is limited so it is very difficult to learn other than the basics.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your employees more money.
