    Great learning experience

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Bridgewater, NJ

ProsAt National there are a lot of good people. It feels like working with family there. There are a lot of great opportunities to learn about technology and business.

ConsThe employees are quite certain they could earn better money elsewhere. Often, those who leave to go to other companies confirm that pay is better in other industries. This hurts morale.
