    Prosif you don't have any hectic schedule like in school or your other work, you can have lots of hours in this company.
    your number of hours will sometimes depend on how fast you can work and how productive you are.
    nice employees.
    the managers will teach you how to finish a task as fast as you can.
    no discrimination.

    Consthe store is not that big, but sometimes cleaning the store every night will take you til midnight specially if there's only 3 employees for closing
    when you apply in this company, you can't ask for a specific task if you're just applying for a sales associate, what I mean is, you need to do things like sweeping/mopping the floor for an opening shift.

    ProsThe freedom to run your portion of the business, with little to no micro-management. The ability to work in an enviroment where you get encouraged to think outside of the box in order to better serve the company. Being able to take part in the creation of policy and procedure from the ground up.

    ConsTraining is poor for all departments, but much better than it was 2-3 years ago, we are still a work in progress. Some people who come to us have problems working in an enviroment where knowledge of a job well done sometimes means that no one says anything and when you mess-up seems to be the only time you get feedback from your superior. All of this is changing a little bit more for the positive each year.
