I worked at National Taiwan University full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The university has many laboratories that's a plus for a researcher, and mobility between universities and/or research centers allow work to be done efficiently.

    Cons

The lows for the me as a postdoc was the low salary, the lack of communication between the office in charge of the postdoc researchers, leaving the latters to seek for info with the assistants or secretaries. No gym membership, nor other benefits within the university for postdocs.
