    Pros

    You are allowed to work at ant sector of the power station and consult with any supervisor of your choice. Asking doubts is considered important so that you learn more.

    Cons

    Too much walking in the sun, A lot of physical activity, no food places inside the plant, not a good salary

    NTPC is a very good company. Company staff is very good. There is a very healthy environment in this company. Company management take cares his all staff.

    The condition of staff quarters is not good. The technology and equipments of NTPC are not up to date.
