    Work culture is good, relationship between a boss and his subordinates are very casual... no one will ever poke unto your business until its urgent...job security to the maximum...

    Cons

    It is the most isolated job perhaps.... people become frustated by the environment... you cant find anything for entertainment and enjoyment near you...

    make your transfer policy transparent.. and do not bow before any higher officials and government for transferring their kin... make every thing very transparent.

    Work-Life Balance is awesome. Training regarding the various functions of the power business is good, and learning during Job is immense. Compensation is also very decent.

    Cons

    No Job Rotation. Location may be a disadvantage for some people. Cultutre is bureaucratic in nature.
