Current Employee – been working at National Trading Center full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Best to work with them is you make your career bold for other companies ,this is what i think ,other its quitely worked
Cons – In this not a bold and moveable career just stick to job thats it and work work on same pays
Advice to Senior Management – who am i ,why will the management listen my advice ,i think so , just to say look after to the employes those having good market value and best performer all over , only works when 'Neutral Thinking'

Pros – simple work...no progress to expect because of that
Cons – consistency of no progression at all
Advice to Senior Management – change the people in your management
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
