I have been working at National University full-time (less than an year)

Great people, great medical benefits, and 100% tuition coverage for Undergraduate Degrees with a substantial discount for a Graduate Degree.

Pays way below comparable positions at other organizations. Heavy workload with a disconnect between Administration, Academics, and local campus/centers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of your Advisors and listen to their suggestions. Advisors are the face of the University from the application process to graduation.
