    Great work-life balance

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsWork-life balance is definitely a lot better than most companies and organisations out there. The colleagues that I worked with were friendly and easy to get along with. The workload was manageable most of the time.

ConsThe work was quite repetitive and observed that there wasn't much career progression.

Frenzied Pace during Peak Period, Staggeringly Slow Pace during Off-peak

    Customer Service Officer (Former Employee)
    Singapore (Singapore)

ProsThe will to serve students is strong here. To be able to contribute in some small way to their future education is satisfying, be it simply giving relevant subject prerequisite information or answering anxieties of campus life.

ConsOnce the peak period is over, having a full bench of staff around can prove to be a futile attempt to find meaningful work to do. It can quickly devolve to incessant usage of the Internet or idle bantering to pass time.

Advice to Senior ManagementAllocate free time after the peak period to various goals such as process improvement through feedback or implementing experimental social channels to connect with perspectives.
