I have been working at Nationwide Agribusiness full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great training courses, development opportunities and salary fits most positions!

    Cons

Some positions are limited to development because of the job families it falls into. Some areas have been tainted by re-organizations within Nationwide, so the confidence of job security is a concern.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To really take a look at each position and find out how to implement a development process, most people work to go up the ladder, if there are no steps, its hard to stay.

    I worked at Nationwide Agribusiness

    Pros

The people are very friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable asking them questions to clarify the duties of my job.

    Cons

Many of the employees have been working at the company for a long time, so they have lost some of their motivation and drive. They seem somewhat burnt out, making it hard for younger employees to stay motivated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to keep your employees informed about current progress and future plans for the company. Employees will work harder for you if they have this information. Also provide frequent and specific employee feedback to make sure you get as much as you can out of your employees.
