Very understanding about the need for time off. The end product is tasty and healthy. Something you are proud to make!

Cons

Some of the time the management has pre-conceived ideas and is not open to doing something different. This is mostly one of the owners and her philosophy. A family business doesn't always promote fairly.

Advice to Senior Management

There are many people that have great ideas but are afraid to speak them for fear of clashing with the owners even if it is the right thing to do. Listen!

the experience you gain, the people and the culture. I believed in the idea and the directions this company is going towards.

Cons

limited options to get ahead, I found myself looking for other opportunities pretty fast. I think its a great place to start. Also a problem going to school while working.

I think the company has allot of potential but needs to be more structural and create a better career path for its employees.
