Pros – Relaxed working environment and tons of flexibility. Lots of opportunity to learn about other aspects of the business and cross-functional projects.

Cons – Compensation, lower than industry levels. Difficult to work on innovative projects as the company's motto is growth through acquisition.

Advice to Senior Management – Better stock option packages, higher salaries (at least to the level of the industry). More internal development of products. Bigger challenges.

Pros – Higher than average pay for this position. More holidays than most. Company is financially stable and well respected.

Cons – Not organized. Policies and procedures change regularly. Little communication. Managment does not seem to know what is going on in the field. Very political environment. Travel is not 75%, more like 80-95%. Be prepared to be thrown into the fire without an extinguisher.

Advice to Senior Management – Talk to workers in the field. Pay attention to what is actually happening. Lot's of money being wasted and workers are burning out. Pay attention to how things are being ran.

Pros – Natus is a market leader in most products that we sell. The management team is very strong as is the compensation package. It really is a very positive work environment.

Cons – Every job has its challenges, but there are no real downsides that are meaningful.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you are doing.
