    Pros

Training and experience gained from working on a team with seasoned veterans who are willing to show you the ropes. Enterprise applications are the key platform for your business growth. Getting the most out of them requires careful mapping of the applications to your business objectives and processes, as well as maintaining them with high agility and reliability.

By entrusting your enterprise Application Implementation to the experts at NaviSite, you get streamlined processes, outstanding results, and controllable costs. Our offerings include application consulting, planning, implementation, upgrade, optimization, and governance/compliance capabilities for the leading enterprise applications

    Cons

Travelling to distant locations and not always staying in the best hotels. As the increasing performance and accessibility of technology continues to level the playing field across most industries, you can still retain your competitive edge by seeking out time-and cost-efficient ways to deploy technology solutions.

NaviSite addresses this demand in the business application realm with our Rapid Implementation Community Model (RICM) – a methodology that gives you a whole new outlook on rapid ROI and accelerated timelines. This accelerated application implementation methodology provides small to mid-sized companies with the benefits of a Tier 1 enterprise solution along with a team of experts who deliver a completely scalable, integrated, and automated solution – in just 90 days. Our lab-configured environments ensure that you receive the benefits of increased functionality with minimal impact on internal resources

One of the Worst Companies to work for

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

    I worked at NaviSite full-time

    Pros

    - Nothing
    - They might suggest that you get to learn a lot of technologies, however, it is a total myth..u r limited to your domain and are hardly given a good opportunity.

    Cons

    - Night shifts with extremely negligible allowances.
    - Zero growth opportunities. No Onsite opportunity.
    - Running a school rather than a professional organization. With management being teachers and principals and employees students.
    - crazy HR policies and zero administration, These departments are probably the worst in the company, and somehow in company R&R they keep on giving rewards to themselves. Ironical.
    - Exit policy is a shame. Ex-employees have to follow up several times to get their dues only to find out inaccurate deductions in full n final settlement.
    - Getting ur PF transferred/withdrawn is a nightmare. Nobody bothers to inform you on the same.
-All the best in case you are planning to join this self proclaimed "MNC"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Can't advice someone who has eyes and ears shut to employee issues. All the best!!

    Pros

    8 hrs shift..
    Good transport
    HR is helpful

    Cons

    Poor management
    Politics
    No team work
    Monotonous work routine
    No roles and responsibilities defined.
Forced to do all the work with minimum support even if you dont know anything about it.
Though there are few ok senior managers but again they are not bothered about the employees issues within the team and work. undue pressure of work by the team manager and biasness among the team members making it hard to work with as a team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please start more and frequent trainings for the management guys.. They seriously need it.

Current Employee - Senior Systems Engineer in Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

I have been working at NaviSite full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Salary Structures match the market, Hikes are better as compared to other IT companies, Good Reach to the management since the company is small, Get the option to be very technical if you wish to take and learn new things.

    Cons

If you want to screw up your personal life, then this is the company. They will make you handle at least three persons jobs. Less holidays and leaves. They never hire resources and will make you work like anything. The accounts person is rude and make his own policies. The HR interactive but the company can change policies depending upon person to person.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please hire new leaders in India Office and have an understanding to hire more resources in teams that are overloaded, otherwise you will keep on loosing good people as it happens quite often.

I worked at NaviSite full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Techies wish to have a company where they could learn, Navisite provides ample of oppertunities to it employees to learn and grow.

    Cons

Navisite has only one concern at Management level, which is very poor without any governance model. However, this is with almost in every company, IBM as well but this has to be improved rather "one man army"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Naviste should think of its employees and Top leadership (US Level) decisions should be re-checked without trusting them with blind eye.
