I have been working at Navicure

    Pros

Less than a 40hr week, most BDRs are fun, young, and straight out of college

    Cons

You're not taken seriously, very poor pay, most BDRs still live at home because its difficult to pay bills

    I worked at Navicure full-time

    Pros

It was a job. Laid back environment.

    Cons

Company culture is different from typical coporate environment. This is a small private company that have a strange way of operating. Company culture did not fit my perference.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Time- off policy could be better and mire consideration for veterans as well. Company as a whole could work on professionalism.

I have been working at Navicure full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Healthcare company with revenue cycle services have the future, right or wrong. Navicure also has tremendous opportunities ahead if she outs her ducks in a row.

    Cons

Some companies get it and become billion dollar companies overnight and some lose the opportunities because of the nasty politics, power hunger and bad decisions. Navicure has come to the point where it would go north or south from here on. The CTO and Directory of Application Development were fired just recently, by COO, of course. This was grand design of COO as the previous management team was let go by the same COO. There were some cases where the COO was directly involved in some confrontation of false charges with previous management team, where legal teams were involved and also had fired the CIO with the same accusations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Let the COO go.

    Pros

The idea behind the company is a solid one. The service they provide saves medical practices a great deal of time and money.

    Cons

There is poor management. They were inconsistent at best. The employees were always disgruntled and despite advice to management nothing was ever done.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reevaluate the people you have in managerial roles.
