A great place to learn but poor in terms of salary

    Operations Engineer (Current Employee)

ProsOpportunities to learn the TAC and Operations part of an ISP

ConsInitial hires goto TAC (they sign a bond of 1 year) and transfers in Operations department (Core, Access, Transmission, Systems) require signing a 1.5 year bond. Moreover salaries are very poor regardless you are in TAC or Operations

Advice to Senior ManagementThe rate at which people leave Nayatel after 1 or 2 years citing salary as the main problem, you should seriously look into that issue otherwise Nayatel will be nothing more than a learning ground for new comers

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
