    Current Employee - Operations Engineer

I have been working at Nayatel full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Opportunities to learn the TAC and Operations part of an ISP

    Cons

Initial hires goto TAC (they sign a bond of 1 year) and transfers in Operations department (Core, Access, Transmission, Systems) require signing a 1.5 year bond. Moreover salaries are very poor regardless you are in TAC or Operations

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The rate at which people leave Nayatel after 1 or 2 years citing salary as the main problem, you should seriously look into that issue otherwise Nayatel will be nothing more than a learning ground for new comers

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
