“Good place to work and study”
Current Employee – been working at Nazareth College
Pros – Environment of respect and a great sense of community.
Cons – Students do not live up to their potential. Parents are overly involved in the day to day activities of the students.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the community outreach. Encourage students to view the College as a place to grow and become an adult.

“Good place to work, not so great with salary and benefits”
Former Employee – worked at Nazareth College
Pros – -Tuition benefits for the employee and spouse/children
-Always available parking
-An overall friendly atmosphere
-Being able to attend cultural/artistic events with discounted/free tickets
Cons – -Incomes tend to be low for regular employees (not so much for management and higher administration)
-Opportunities for advancement are limited, due to longevity within management positions
-Very high health benefits monthly fees for employees
-Passive in intervening with low-performing employees
